We have worked with a reputable recruiter for years in China and he does his best to help people who want to work in China. He has jobs at reliable international schools for teacher for kindergarten kids and primary school students in Guangzhou , Jiangsu and Shandong. Check for when the next session starts. You will usually need four to six weeks to interview, get hired, start and complete your visa paperwork and get on the scene. Good TEFL jobs in China are hard to to find. We have them right here.
For these international school jobs, most start on September 1st with an arrival date about August 27th
Contract length is usually about ten 10 months (one school academic year). If you renew then the following contract is usually twelve months. Class size is usually 20-25 students and the typical weekly class load is twenty classes of 45 minutes each per week. The working schedule is Monday through Friday and the school schedule is usually 8:30am to 4:30pm with no night classes and no classes on the weekends.
Typical benefits are 9000-10000-12000RMB with free furnished apartment. All national holidays are paid. Other benefits for these jobs include medical insurance, working visa and resident permit.
Round trip flight tickets reimbursed up to 10000RMB usually at the end of the contract.
Qualifications required:
Native speaker of English from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand only. Usually no exceptions.
22-50 ages old
Minimum bachelor’s degree
TEFL /TESOL cert are preferred and often required. TEFL Educator can provide a provisional certificate if you want to start working on your certificate while applying. Check our 120 Hour TEFL Certificate program.
No previous teaching experience is required, but two years of work experience is required (doesn’t have to be teaching experience, just work experience of any sort)

Scan of you passport photo page,
Scan of your degree
Scan of your TEFL certificate if you have one (it will make you a preferred hire if you have one).
