If you need to earn a really good income, head to the Middle East.  If you want to earn a good income and live in a vibrant economy where the local culture feels less restrictive than the neighboring counties, then TEFL jobs in UAE is a good place to start.  The UAE tends to be the preferred destination for people heading to the Middle East for higher wages when needing to pay off student loans, saving to a buy house or for other money-needy projects.

The cost of living in the UAE can be quite high but with your accommodation provided, the impact is lessened.  Alcohol can be quite expensive, but eating out can be modestly priced, up to extravagant.
